NeuroCognitive Specialist, and the author of the proprietary NeuroCognitive Processing model the practice runs on. Dr. Lisé brings decades of clinical leadership across neurology, education and cognitive rehabilitation.
Her mission is to move past old-school clinical labels and work directly with every individual, from gifted students seeking peak cognitive performance to clients navigating apraxia, dyslexia, stroke recovery and traumatic brain injury, helping every brain discover how it operates at its absolute best.

Marc oversees clinic logistics, client onboarding, and our global rental and affiliate programs. He brings the exact same systematic precision to operational excellence that the practice brings to real-time brain training.
Why we work this way
We spent years helping build foundational systems across the biofeedback field.
That work taught us what actually holds up after a client goes home, and what does not. It also showed us how much of this industry is organized around machinery and equipment rather than around people, and how many capable practitioners are left to figure it out alone.
That is why the Institute carries a dual mission. Direct clinical care: we work directly with individuals across the entire lifespan, infants through seniors, delivering individualized, dual-track remediation that pairs central nervous system regulation with active cognitive training. Practitioner education: we teach our protocols to the clinicians coming up behind us, so what we learned the hard way elevates care everywhere rather than staying locked inside one office.

Dr. Lisé D. DeLong is Founder and Clinical Director and leads all clinical care. Marc DeLong is Manager of Operations and runs clinic logistics along with the global rental and affiliate programs. They have been working together for over thirty years.
Are you part of a larger franchise or medical group?
No. The Institute is entirely independent and family-run. The founders spent years inside the biofeedback and neurofeedback industry before establishing this practice under their own model.
