Benefits of Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback is a gentle method of creating a balance within the central nervous system. Changes happen at different times for different people. Additional changes are also noticed depending on the individual. It is important to track these feelings or changes in a journal to measure the progress over a period of time. It is not uncommon for people to all of sudden feel they are better but not recognize when the change occurred. It is as though the body has "matured" in the process.
