The Benefits of Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback is a gentle method of creating a balance within the central nervous system, the benefits of which can be sudden or subtle and will happen at different times for different people.

It is not uncommon for people to suddenly feel they are better but not recognize when the change occurred. This is why we suggest tracking feelings and changes in a journal to measure the progress over a period of time to realize how the body has "matured" over the process.
